Common questions
What counts as a lead generation?
Each lead = one AI website-research + initial draft cycle. Follow-up emails for that same lead are free. We only count the first time we research a contact and write their personalized opening message.
Are sends and follow-ups really unlimited?
Yes. You connect your own SMTP mailboxes. We don't cap sends, follow-ups, or mailboxes on any paid tier — you only pay for the AI generation work.
What happens if I exceed my plan's lead limit?
Generations continue at $0.08 per additional lead, billed at the end of the month. We'll notify you at 80%, 100%, and 120% of your allowance — most users upgrade at that point because the next tier is cheaper per lead.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're prorated for the difference. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current period. No long-term contracts.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first month. After that we don't pro-rate cancellations, but unused lead allowance doesn't roll over either.
